SPU officially opened its Drop Box and Drive Up Window last month. Customers looking to make a quick drop, such as a deposit or payment, should utilize the drop boxes located on the new, west-facing addition of the SPU service center.
Convenience and safety were two driving factors for the new addition to the SPU Service Center. The drive up window provides touchless service and the ability to continue operations “as normal” in the most unexpected of situations. Having the drop boxes attached to the building ensures all deposits/payments are made directly into the service center, in a secured area.
The drive-up window will be staffed during SPU business hours, and will be the only service center area open on Wednesdays from 4:30 p.m. – 6:00 p.m. The drop boxes can be utilized 24/7.
