SPU offers a number of no-fee payment options for your convenience.
Online and Phone Payments
SPU has a new online payment tool called SmartHub with multiple options for paying your SPU utility bill:
Click Pay Now to make a one-time payment. You will need your account number and name.
Click Auto Pay to setup recurring, automatic monthly bill payments. Use your credit, debit or bank account as a payment source.
Call 833-498-1072 to make a phone IVR payment. (A PIN # is required the first time.)
