Thank you for being a valued SPU customer. Please read the following before stopping service below.
- Service end date cannot be prior to today’s date. Please contact us if you need assistance – 952.445-1988.
- Service end date must be a standard business day, Monday-Friday. Service will not be stopped on weekends or holidays.
- Requests made for a weekend or holiday will be set for the next business day.
- Your final billing will be issued approximately two weeks after your end date/final reading.
- If you have a deposit on file with us (because you are a renter), it will be applied to your final billing.
- If this results in a credit, the credit will be returned to you in the form of a refund check. Allow 4-5 weeks for processing.
- Please provide us with a forwarding address.
