True.  A tank situated at a higher elevation works the same as a tower. It uses gravity to create water pressure.  An example of this would be the tank at Marschall Road and Wood Duck Trail.  This tank provides pressurized water to the area north of the tank, including St. Francis Regional Medical Center.   Fun Fact:  This tank is partially buried.  What you see above ground is only a portion of the tank. The same is true of Tanks 5 and 6 mentioned above.
