The answer is yes, but we recommend registering to take full advantage of the online features.

By registering you can securely store your payment information so you don’t have to enter it every time.

Additionally, if you register for SmartHub you can receive notifications about your bill – when they are ready to view and when it’s time to make a payment.

If you still don’t want to register in SmartHub you can simply click on the “Pay My Bill” tab to go to the one-time payment page – Pay Now. 

You have two options for “scheduling” payments in SmartHub. Once enrolled in the Auto Pay Program your account balance will automatically be paid each month. This is a one and done process.  Set it and forget it!

Debit or credit card – you can schedule the date you want your utility charges to be paid to work with your personal schedule and finances.  However, account balances are due in full on the 15th, so be sure to schedule payments accordingly.  For example, you could schedule a payment at the end of the month (right after the billing statement is issued), or early in the month the bill is due, or on the due date, which is the 15th of each month.

Bank account – If you prefer to use your bank account for payments, your account balance will automatically be paid on the due date each month.  Funds will be transferred from your bank account via an electronic funds transfer (EFT) for the utility account balance due.
