Cold Weather Rule – October 1 thru April 30

The MN Cold Weather Rule is in effect October 1, 2025 - April 30, 2026. Note: Payments are still required during this period to ensure protection. If you need assistance, please contact us to make a payment plan. Learn more about Cold Weather Rule below.

Energy Assistance Delayed

Financial assistance for electric utility bills has been delayed due to government shutdowns. Funding has not been issued. You may continue the application process through the local CAP Agency to determine if you are eligible when/if funding becomes available. Additionally, you may contact us directly to setup a payment plan if you are unable to pay your utility bill in full each month.
